Terms of Service

These terms apply to the use of this website and to cleaning services provided by Summit Cleaning Solutions. By requesting a quote or booking service, you agree to them.

Quotes and estimates

Online and instant quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed after an online review or an on-site walkthrough, and may change if the actual condition, size or scope of the property differs from what was described.

Scheduling and cancellation

Appointments are scheduled by mutual agreement. We ask for reasonable notice of cancellation or rescheduling. If our crew cannot access the property at the agreed time, a call-out fee may apply.

Access, safety and site conditions

You agree to provide safe access to the property, including working utilities where needed. We may decline or stop work where conditions are unsafe, including hazardous materials, biohazards, unstable structures or unsafe height access.

Payment

Invoices are due on the terms stated on the invoice. Overdue accounts may be subject to interest and reasonable collection costs.

Satisfaction and claims

If you are not satisfied with an area we cleaned, tell us within 24 hours of service and we will return to re-clean that area at no additional charge. Claims for damage must be reported within 48 hours of service so we can inspect and respond.

Insurance and liability

We carry commercial liability insurance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, for pre-existing damage or wear, or for items that were already damaged, fragile, improperly installed or beyond reasonable repair.
